PE with Joe: The home of home workouts

Great resource for kids (instructor is engaging) and also parents to use together! This page mainly specializes in HIIT training for the home setting. The exercises are pretty straightforward making it a great routine for kids and parents alike. Wants to make effective workouts more accessible to people at home Watch the video and follow along The guy who leads the workouts (Joe) is very high energy and engaging and finds ways to make each workout entertaining. Sometimes home workouts are hard to stick to when you just follow the same routine everyday. On PE with Joe, there is a new livestreamed workout everyday to keep watchers on their toes (literally and figuratively)! The first 7 minutes of his videos are always empty space? Not sure why. He also talks nonstop during his workouts so it might be overwhelming for kids who don't like audio learning or aren't comfortable with english. Great activity for parents and kids to do together! If you join the livestream you can usually see messages from other parents/kids doing the workouts together.
