Blossom and Root
Blossom and Root offers a flexible and hands-on curriculum, an excellent choice for parents who want their children to remain active or to supplement their early education. Secular and nature-based, Blossom and Roots is a gentle, hands-on introduction and approach to literature, science, and art. Kristina Garner developed this homeschooling curriculum for her own children, inspired by Charlotte Mason's teachings and Waldorf philosophy. Blossom and Roots offers several books for parents, which contain 36 weeks of lesson plans and project ideas. With at most half an hour of prep time a week and flexible lesson timing, Blossom and Roots is great for busy parents. Students will also enjoy the various crafts and projects that complement its exploratory approach to learning. Currently, Blossom and Arts doesn't offer dedicated world history or math texts, though these can be supplemented with other resources.
